Privacy Policy

TalentSeeker Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the โ€œCompanyโ€) establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to protect the personal information and rights of information subjects and to facilitate the smooth handling of grievances related to personal information, in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures will be taken in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, including obtaining separate consent.

1. Website Membership Registration and Management

To verify membership intentions, provide recruitment-related guidance, deliver notices, and facilitate communications related to recruitment and website use.

2. Provision of Goods or Services

To provide services, send invoices, offer tailored services, authenticate identities, verify age, process payments and settlements, and manage debt collection.

3. Marketing and Advertising

To develop new services (products), offer personalized services, provide event and promotional information and participation opportunities, display advertisements tailored to demographic characteristics, and analyze service usage statistics. The Company will comply with relevant laws by obtaining the necessary separate consent.

4. Grievance Handling

To verify the identity of complainants, confirm complaints, communicate for fact-finding, and notify the results of processing.

Article 2. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention and use period consented to by the information subject or as prescribed by law.

Retention and processing periods for each purpose are as follows:

1. Website Membership Registration and Management

Article 3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company processes personal information within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information) and provides personal information to third parties only if it complies with Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as with the consent of the information subject or when required by special provisions of the law.

Exceptions:

When the information subject has given prior consent or when required by other laws.

Article 4. Rights of Information Subjects and Legal Representatives and Their Exercise Methods

Information subjects may exercise their rights regarding personal information at any time, including requests for access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing.
Requests can be made in writing, by email, or by fax in accordance with Article 41(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act Enforcement Decree. The Company will respond promptly to such requests.

Article 5. Items of Personal Information Processed

The Company processes the following personal information:

For Job Application Information: Name, phone number, email address, resume, cover letter, academic history, photos, videos, qualifications, career history, language skills, additional uploaded files

Automatically Collected Information: IP address, cookies, MAC address, service usage records, visit records, records of misuse

Article 6. Destruction of Personal Information

The Company will promptly destroy personal information when the retention period has expired or when the processing purpose has been achieved.
Destruction procedures include selecting information for destruction, obtaining approval from the Company's personal information protection officer, and using methods such as low-level formatting for electronic files and shredding or incinerating physical documents.

Article 7. Measures to Ensure the Safety of Personal Information

The Company implements internal management plans, controls access to personal information databases, maintains access records, and establishes access control procedures to secure physical storage locations.

Article 8. Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices

The Company uses cookies to provide personalized services. Users can reject cookie storage through browser settings, but this may affect the availability of customized services.
