TalentSeeker Recognized with Daejeon Mayor's Award for Contribution to Startup Growth, Leading Global Trends with AI-Powered Recruiting Service
[By Park Sun-Hye, Reporter at Culture News] TalentSeeker (CEO Nausik), a leading AI-powered recruitment service, was recently awarded the Daejeon Mayor’s Award at the '2024 Startup Incubation Competitiveness Enhancement Business Results Sharing Conference' held at the Daejeon Intercity Hotel.
The event, organized by the Daejeon Job and Economic Promotion Agency and the Daejeon Startup Incubation Council, aimed to promote the local startup ecosystem and expand successful outcomes. The award recognized companies and experts who have significantly contributed to fostering startup growth.
TalentSeeker, a student startup founded at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), was honored with the Daejeon Mayor’s Award for commercializing its innovative AI-based recruitment service.
Launched in May 2024, TalentSeeker's service has gained rapid traction both domestically and internationally, earning recognition as ‘The AI Head Hunter at Your Fingertips.’ The service stands out by using AI to analyze over 500 real-world tasks rather than simply reviewing resumes, allowing for more detailed comparisons of candidates' performance and job suitability.
The core technology, developed in collaboration with KAIST, continues to evolve through ongoing research. Even during the beta phase, TalentSeeker exceeded expectations by attracting over 300% more clients than initially projected, offering a highly advanced service. The company is now acknowledged for its technological expertise and market potential, reshaping the recruitment landscape.
